Salesforce Integration offers several components:
Salesforce Dialer: integrates Collaboration/ x-bees functionality into the CRM (Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic), providing users with click-to-call capability, incoming and outgoing call popups, name lookup functionality and others
Salesforce iFrame in x-bees: allows users to add and interact with leads, create tasks, log activities directly in x-bees Info frame
Salesforce Auto Logging in x-bees: automatically logs calls with transcriptions and conferences that occur in x-bees, while providing contact lookup functionality
Salesforce Bot: enables automatic notifications to x-bees conversation, e.g. when an opportunity reaches Closed Won stage, which helps to improve collaboration, transparency, and provides real‑time updates on deals.
Salesforce Partner Community: integrates x-bees with Salesforce Experience Cloud for more effective management of Partner ecosystem.
