Introduction

Gong integration with x-bees provides actionable data about your deals, the market in general, and what makes your best salespeople stand out. All the calls and conferences that happen between your sales team and customers on x-bees are automatically recorded and sent to Gong’s business intelligence engine. This engine analyzes all the data and provides you with important insights.

All the insights about every call and conference are readily available for you. This allows you to:

  • Coach your sales team more effectively
  • Identify and replicate successful sales behaviors
  • Address and overcome common objections
  • Improve overall sales performance

Requirements

Activation

The activation is performed by PBX admin. 


To proceed with the activation, follow the steps described below:

  1. Go to WMS Settings -> PBX -> Integrations -> Cloud integrations

  2. Select Gong integration from the list

  3. Click Install to proceed with the activation:


  4. Log in to to your Gong Account and click Allow to confirm access permissions



  5. Gong integration gets activated

Usage

To start using Gong integration with x-bees, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Access your Gong account
  2. Navigate to Conversations and select a specific call or conference you want to review
  3. Gong provides multiple tools to analyze your sales team interactions:

    1. View recordings: listen to call recordings/ watch conference recording, review transcriptions
    2. Check Highlights, Outline, Points of interest: look for Highlights, including key points, next steps, review the conversation outline, Focus on points of interest such as customer questions, objections, and competitor mentions etc
    3. Coaching: give specific feedback, share best sales practices based on analysis
