Note: It is required to install WIService to use the headset:
For Legacy Collaboration, go to Settings -> Extensions → Integration service
For x-bees and Collaboration 7, go to Settings → Applications → Integration service

Connection
Connect the Headset to the USB port on your phone using the USB type-A adapter
Connect the Headset to the USB port on your PC or laptop using the USB Type-C plug
Set “Wildix Mono/DuoLED” as audio device in Legacy Collaboration -> Settings -> Web phone
Set “Wildix Mono/DuoLED” as audio device in x-bees and Collaboration 7 -> Settings → Audio and Video
