How to upgrade MonoLED and DuoLED firmware

Take the steps described in this Guide to upgrade Mono/DuoLED firmware in order to increase the volume level by +10 dB.

Requirements

  • Windows OS

  • Wildix Mono/DuoLED Headset

Upgrade procedure

  1. Download and extract Wildix Connect.zip

  2. Open the folder and run the Wildix-Connect.exe file

Note: Admin rights are required to proceed.

  1. Connect the device while holding the mute button to enter device upgrade mode

  2. Go to the Update tab:

  1. Click the Open button to select the firmware

  1. Choose the necessary folder:

  1. Click on the file and click Open:

  1. Then, wait for the upgrade to complete:

  1. Unplug and reconnect the device, then verify that the headset version number has changed:
