How to upgrade MonoLED and DuoLED firmware
Take the steps described in this Guide to upgrade Mono/DuoLED firmware in order to increase the volume level by +10 dB.

Requirements
- Windows OS
- Wildix Mono/DuoLED Headset
Before upgrading, download and unpack the Upgrade Utility:
- MonoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixMonoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- DuoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- MonoLED firmware: Wildix_MonoLED_KEY_Init3dB_2023.02.15.bin
- DuoLED firmware: Wildix_DuoLED_KEY_Init3dB_2023.02.15.bin
Procedure
To upgrade, proceed with the following steps:
Press and hold the Mute button and then connect the Headset to you PC via USB port:
Start the CM65xx.exe which is the Upgrade Utility:
After the successful upgrade you get the following notification:
- After the update, re-connect the Headset's USB cable into your PC
Uninstall the Upgrade Utility: go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Wildix DuoLED (MonoLED):
Open Driver tab. Press Uninstall Device button and then Uninstall button:
- Re-connect the USB cable into the PC one more time
