Salesforce Documentation
Salesforce Integration offers several components:
- Salesforce Dialer: integrates Collaboration/ x-bees functionality into the CRM, providing users with click-to-call capability, incoming and outgoing call popups, name lookup functionality and others
- Salesforce iFrame in x-bees: allows users to add and interact with leads, create tasks, log activities directly in x-bees Info frame
- Salesforce Auto Logging in x-bees: automatically logs calls with transcriptions and conferences that occur in x-bees, while providing contact lookup functionality
