WMS Updates
Configure Web CRM for All Users
With this release, we introduce a new feature that simplifies the process of configuring Web CRM settings. In the past, users were required to individually paste the link into their Collaboration settings. Now, admin has the capability to set Web CRM globally for all users directly in WMS, making the process more efficient and ensuring that all users have access to the same system.

Assign and Display x-bees and x-hoppers Licenses
We're thrilled to introduce a new feature in WMS that provides transparency and control over x-bees and x-hoppers licenses. Now, you can easily assign and view these licenses when creating users, making license management more effective.

Activate Security with Location-Based Multi-Factor Authentication
In the previous release, we’ve added the possibility to enable location-based MFA feature via custom config parameter. With this version, the activation process becomes more convenient as you can now enable it globally for all users in WMS settings, adding an extra layer of protection to your user accounts.
We've also made your user account setup more flexible. You're no longer required to enter an email address for user accounts, which is especially useful for scenarios where accounts are created for specific purposes like Park Orbit, Fax, or Room management.

Change Order of Call Group Members
With this release, we introduce a user-friendly feature that allows you to change the order of your call group members effortlessly. Simply use the drag and drop function to customize the sequence according to your preferences.

Enhanced Caller Experience: When more than five matches are found, an announcement is played to help callers review the list of matches, ensuring a smoother user experience
Easy Exit Option: Callers can now exit the Dial by Name service conveniently by pressing the asterisk (*) key
