Google Workspace Integration – User Guide

Requirements
- x-bees: x-bees Standard subscription
- Collaboration 7: UC Business subscription plan
Activation
For Requirements and installation, check How to activate Google Workspace Integration.
To activate the integration inside x-bees, you need to go to x-bees Settings -> Integrations -> find Google Workspace, click Activate:
Sign in with your Google account:
Make sure to allow access to contacts and calendar by enabling the checkbox next to Select all option:
Features
From x-bees/ Collaboration 7, it is possible to:
- Create and edit contacts
- Search for contacts
- View the current and upcoming event on the Info frame
Create contact
In case there is no contact found in Google Contacts, you can create contact via Google Workspace section on the Info frame:

To edit an existing contact, click on the pencil icon in Google Workspace section on the Info frame:
View events
On the Info frame under Google Workspace, you can see a current and next event together:
Regardless of the number of events scheduled, only one current or next event is displayed. To view all events with the Contact, click View all which opens Google Calendar:
