Introduction
The Salesforce tab provides a workspace in x-bees to view and manage Salesforce records. Unlike the standard Info menu, which is tied to active chats, this tab allows you to browse and manage Salesforce objects (currently, only Cases are supported) independently of your current conversations. From this tab, you can monitor case lists, view details, and quickly jump into the associated x-bees conversation.
Requirements
x-bees Standard or x-bees SuperBee subscription plan
Salesforce integration configured and enabled for your organization
Salesforce integration activated in x-bees
How to Enable
Note: The tab should be enabled by admin on the PBX side.
Go to WMS -> PBX -> Integrations -> Cloud Integrations -> Salesforce integration
Navigate to the Integration type section and click on the Tab view tab
Activate the option:
Select tab icon
Click Save changes to apply the changes
