How to activate Google Workspace Integration

Features

Google Workspace Integration supports the following features:

  • Contacts search

  • Possibility to view the current and upcoming events on the Info frame

  • Possibility to create and edit contacts via x-bees/ Collaboration 7

Activation

To activate the integration, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to WMS Settings ->Ā PBX -> Integrations -> Cloud integrations

  2. In the Apps section, click on on Google Workspace

  1. Click Create Integration:

  1. The integration gets installed:

After the installation users need to activate the integration in x-bees/ Collaboration 7 (documentation: Google Workspace Integration ā€“ User Guide).
