UAE SMS Sender ID Registration

In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), registering SMS Sender IDs is mandated by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) to combat spam and ensure that recipients receive messages from verified sources. This process enhances trust in SMS communications by confirming the sender's identity and intent. Unregistered Sender IDs are typically blocked by mobile carriers, preventing unauthorized or potentially harmful messages from reaching users.

To register your numbers for SMS sending, follow the procedure described below:

• Download and fill out the following forms:

  • International Sender ID registration form

  • Sender ID Authorization letter

  • TDRA - Undertaking Sender ID Registration form

• Submit a CLASSOUND Customer Care request with the filled out forms:

  • Navigate to Salesforce Partner Community and on the Home page, click Submit a Case button

  • Under Type of your issue, select Customer Care

  • Open Wilma Agent and proceed with your case
