Salesforce Integration offers several components:

1. Wildix for Salesforce App: supported in both Collaboration and x-bees, this app integrates Collaboration/ x-bees functionality into the CRM, providing users with click-to-call capability, incoming and outgoing call popups, name lookup functionality and others

2. Salesforce Auto Logging: supported in both Collaboration and x-bees, it provides logging of calls and meetings between PBX users and Salesforce contacts into the CRM

   1. Additionally, with x-bees Info frame, users can utilize the CRM functionality by interacting with and managing leads, creating tasks, and logging activities directly from x-bees
