Presence status sync with Google calendar

Changelog reference ticket: WMS-13887

Thanks to this new integration, now your user status changes automatically based on the events in your Google calendar. With the help of this feature, it’s easy to automate your daily routine, you no longer need to remember to change your status manually, each time you have an offline meeting, when you have lunch, or when you are out of the office.

Not only does your status get changed, but also the status duration and the status message get synced with the events in your Google calendar, unless the event is set as “private”.

Kite Meeting Scheduler: set up breaks between meetings and limit the dates for booking a meeting

Changelog reference tickets: XBS-2111 and XBS-2109

Set up breaks between meetings: if you have many meetings every day, it might be useful to set up breaks between them to let yourself take notes and prepare for the next meeting.

You can set up the breaks in x-bees -> Settings -> Kite Settings -> Calendar settings.

Limit the dates for booking a meeting: for example, you are participating in a trade show and you need to provide a possibility to book a meeting with you only for the dates of the event.

Here’s what you will do: find your Meeting scheduling link and edit it by adding the dates and the subject in the following format: https://x-bees.biz/kite/name.surname@wildix.com/schedule?start=10.11.2023&end=11.11.2023&subject=Trade%20Show

Remote control during screen sharing in video conferences.

Changelog reference ticket: WMS-11165

Customer care departments often need to provide help with some software or application. The fastest way to do it is by getting on a call with the customer and having them share their screen. But in many cases, a customer must install and download third-party software to grant remote access to their desktop. This procedure is complicated and requires time and system compliance. With x-bees, customer support is effortless and instantaneous, thanks to the remote access functionality available during screen sharing.

Essential: Remote control can be requested after a user has started screen sharing only!

Email notifications about unread messages

Changelog reference ticket: XBS-1795

A prospect or a customer joined an online chat with a company from the corporate website. The problem is that once customer closes the chat window, they are no longer notified about new messages, so there’s no way for salespeople to follow up. With x-bees, salespeople can always be sure that the message will reach the customer, thanks to email notifications about unread chats.

The emails contain the name of the conversations (maximum 5 recent conversations), the number of unread messages, and an "Open x-bees" button to go quickly to the application. Of course, the user can unsubscribe from this notification email if needed.

Meet the x-bees Analytics tool

Changelog reference ticket: XBS-1726

x-bees provides all the information that managers need to take data-driven decisions. The new embedded analytics tool allows companies to monitor the standard contact center metrics and build standard reports, visualise data in different ways and export it. But it also goes far beyond that.

To mention just a few highlights about the x-bees analytics: this tool allows you to build advanced reports, but in the same time, it’s intuitive and simple-to-use: first you build your report by entering keywords, then you can choose how you want to visualise your data. Then you can pin your reports, save them to a dashboard (“Liveaboard”), export them or share them with other team members. In addition to phone calls, it provides data on web conferences.

CRM news

Changelog reference tickets: XBS-1006 and WMS-13853

The main focus of salespeople is to close deals and to meet objectives, but actually, a large part of their work time is spent on logging activities. Moreover, they often forget to log information on leads because their main KPI is not to fill in CRM but to sell. Therefore, lead data can be lost forever if a sales rep leaves the company.

With x-bees, logging into Salesforce and Hubspot is automatic: all external calls are automatically registered if a match is found either.

in Salesforce or Hubspot. Recorded call data includes participants, type and duration of call, date and time, and information about transfers. This allows sales teams to invest their time in more important activities, such as talking to customers and prospects and running demos and webinars.

Kite website widget generation

Changelog reference tickets: XBS-1405, XBS-1546

Today customers are on the web, so many companies add online chat to their websites. The problem is that after a customer closes the chat window, there’s no way for the sales team to follow up.

Wildix goes one step further with its Kite website widget, making it possible for a sales team to maintain an ongoing conversation with a customer. For a website visitor, the Kite widget is an entry point to join x-bees, where a sales team can take care of those leads, nurture them and turn them into customers.
