WMP Dashboards

Two brand new dashboards are available in the Portal (home page):

  • MRR dashboard: each Partner will be able to see their Monthly Recurring Revenue (OPEX)--including the actual MRR rate versus the committed MRR rate according to the blanket agreement.
  • Wildix Grand Prix dashboard: each Partner will be able to see their overall position in the global Wildix Grand Prix as well as rankings by country (see examples below):

MRR Dashboard

The dashboard displays Monthly Recurring Revenue (OPEX)--including the actual MRR rate versus the committed MRR rate according to the blanket agreement:

The following showings are available:

1 - whether you are above or below the average Wildix MRR

2 - separate HWaaS, License and CLASSOUND rates

3 - 70 % Threshold of the September goal (the Threshold must be reached by Oct 1)

How-to:

  • View the information with clarifications about calculations: click on Data tab to open the detailed report


Wildix Grand Prix Dashboard

By default, the dashboard shows your overall position in the global Wildix Grand Prix and the current year.How-to:

  • See your position in your own country's ranking: click on the flag of your country (click again to go back to the default view)

  • View the information for previous years: click on the year on the bottom of the page to switch:


  • View the information based on MRR type (CLASSOUND, HWaaS, License): click on Ranking on the bottom of the page to switch:


Hardware as a Service - HWaaS

Wildix is the first Unified Communication Vendor to offer a complete range of hardware and software products as a Service. Moreover, thanks to the Wildix HWaaS formula, your customers can enjoy a fully guaranteed system and the latest products that are always updated. Read more about HWaaS

This offering is available only for subscription-based PBXs (1 month/ 1 year/ 5 years).

Where to find the pricelist?

  1. Click Price list on the top panel
  2. Select the format (EXCEL/ PDF)
  3. Click OpEx to download the pricelist

How to order HWaaS?

  1. Download the agreement and ask your customer to fill it out and sign
  2. Send an email to your Area manager and attach the agreement signed by your customer
  3. Access WMP
  4. Go to the tab Customers and select your customer's company
  5. Click on three dots on the right-hand side from your customer

  6. Click Devices
  7. Click Order HWaaS 

  8. Select the Duration (One month/ One year/ Five years)

  9. Select the PBX (in case you have several PBXs, select the correct one from the drop-down list)

  10. Follow the usual procedure to place an order: add the products to the cart and checkout 

You can click Save to save your order and checkout later.

After the checkout you can check the status of your order in the tab Orders.
