How-to:

1. Click on the + button on the top panel and select Send fax
2. In the Fax number field enter the necessary number(s) or search for user(s)
   Note: Only users with Fax number are displayed in the Search results on the Send fax screen.
3. Press Add files and choose the necessary file or drag and drop the file
   Important: It is possible to send only one file at a time. Supported file types: pdf or tiff.
4. Set Fax cover and configure Postpone delivery if required
5. Click Send

Alternatively, to open the Send fax screen, you can:

• search for a user in the Search field and click on the Fax number
• click on the Fax number in user’s details on the Info frame

Current limitation: The display of sent faxes in History will be added in future releases.

Note:

• The feature works only for meetings created by guest users using Kite Meeting Scheduler.
• Scheduled meetings are automatically logged as activities in Salesforce/ HubSpot only if the contact already exists in the CRM records.
• To use this feature - the agent should be present in Salesforce/ HubSpot with the same email as in x-bees.
• The logged activity includes meeting details and description and is marked as open; due date is the meeting date.
• In case the meeting was rescheduled or cancelled, the changes are automatically synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot. If the meeting was rescheduled via Microsoft calendar, it is also synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot.
• Cancelled meetings are marked as closed.
