  How-to: When ordering Outbound Calls DID, tick off the checkbox “Virtual Number to be assigned”.

• Made Extended CNAM available for Collaboration licenses (US-Essential or higher). To activate it, open a Customer Care ticket.

• Extended the list of countries that support 2-way SMS, by adding Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Singapore, Sweden. Currently, you can order 2-way SMS DIDs for the mentioned countries via Customer Care.  
• Added the ability to use Instant Virtual Porting for Outbound Only DIDs, which allows to get a Virtual DID and configure call forwarding from the original DID to the Virtual DID, so that both outbound and inbound calls are performed via CLASSOUND. Unlike Full Porting DIDs, the Virtual DID provided by Instant Virtual Porting for Outbound Only DIDs is not temporary but permanent. 
  To order Virtual DID, open a Customer Care ticket.

• Improved the logic of Callback number for E911 calls, so that the Callback number is the number that is making the 911 call.
