[WMS-17474] - wizy: added Display emotions feature, which allows to analyse face expressions and understand participants’ mood during the conference

• To enable, proceed to Participants stats -> turn the toggle on next to Display emotions.
• When enabled, the expressions analysis is displayed on the Participants stats screen for users who have camera on. 
• The following expressions are available, with the corresponding colors: neutral (grey), happy (yellow), surprised (violet), sad (blue), fearful (light blue), angry (red), disgusted (green).

Important: Enabling the Display emotions option may increase CPU usage.

   • “xbees_channel_id”: “ID of the x-bees conversation”
   • “veesion_user_extension”: “enter extension of the user added in WMS”

When there is an alert from Veesion, the relevant message, containing alert type, date, time, camera IP, ID of the camera and group, as well as video attachment, is sent to x-bees conversation.

[WMS-17057] - x-hop: added possibility to transcribe content of x-hoppers conference and post it in x-bees conversation on behalf of the user who is speaking

How-to:

1. Create x-bees conversation with users that are in the x-hoppers conference
2. Copy x-bees conversation ID (available in the URL)
3. Add following data to the /rw2/etc/pbx/x-hoppers.json file:

[XBS-1829] - kite: improved Kite conversation names and avatars displayed to agents and guests

• For agent, guest name is displayed in the conversation title both in one-on-one and group conversations. In case another guest is added to the conversation, their name is added to the conversation name.
• For guest, agent name is displayed in the conversation title in case of a direct Kite conversation. In case of a group conversation or direct Kite conversation via widget, service name is displayed in the conversation title.
• In case chat is renamed, the new name is displayed both to agent and guest.
• Avatars are set according to the displayed name (agent or service for guest). In case of adding or removing users, conversation avatar is updated accordingly.

Limitations:

• When an agent or guest adds other guests or agents, search is limited to initial members of the conversation. It is not possible to find the conversation by entering new members’ names in the search field.
• The updates don’t affect email notifications about unread messages, where conversation names follow the old logic.

[WMS-15852] - sys: improved the logic of updating user status in case of a confirmed Google Calendar event that is inside another longer event

After participating in an event that is inside another longer event, user status changes to this corresponding longer event.

Limitations:

• The updated logic is applied to standard and Out of office events. Task and Appointment slots don’t support the updates.
• Custom user presence and status are not restored after the end of the event. 
• Custom user presence and status are not restored after the end of the conference started manually.
• In case of changing response to the event invitation or deleting an event that is already in progress, the status is not updated.
• There may be some issues related to Google Calendar integration and Wizyconf, which should be fixed in future releases.  

[WMS-16237] - kite: added automatic logging of scheduled meetings to Salesforce/ HubSpot

Note:

• The feature works only for meetings created by guest users using Kite Meeting Scheduler.
• Scheduled meetings are automatically logged as activities in Salesforce/ HubSpot only if the contact already exists in the CRM records.
• To use this feature - the agent should be present in Salesforce/ HubSpot with the same email as in x-bees.
• The logged activity includes meeting details and description and is marked as open; due date is the meeting date.
• In case the meeting was rescheduled or cancelled, the changes are automatically synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot. If the meeting was rescheduled via Microsoft calendar, it is also synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot.
• Cancelled meetings are marked as closed.

[WMS-16629] - crm: improved the logging process for cases when the user who manually logged the activity is not in Salesforce, by adding comment whom the task was created by in the Task Information section

   Note: User should have organization account type and Global administrator role (Azure AD)
5. After successful authorization, Microsoft 365 integration gets installed.

Notes:

• Sync of users from Azure AD is performed basing on the Primary email address: user’s primary email in Azure AD and in WMS should match. User’s primary email address can be changed by an administrator.
• Users should have a valid license allowing them to use Outlook and mailbox.
• Calendars added via Outlook -> Settings -> Add personal calendars / Add from directory are not synced.
• New custom calendars are added once a day at night when fully synced or as soon as they are updated (e.g. renamed).
• In order for avatars and icons to be displayed in emails about calendar events in Outlook, the user must confirm that they trust the no-reply@x-bees.biz address (this can be done directly through the notification from Outlook, displayed in the header of the mail).
• On the Kite Settings -> Calendar Settings page, working hours correspond to the settings from Outlook. A lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm is available. Time zone value is also synced, but time zone name may differ.

• The settings are global, which means they are applied to all outbound calls, regardless from where they are initiated (e.g. from History, from conversation). When hovering a mouse over the call button, e.g. in History, a tooltip is displayed, informing from which device the call will be made.
• The device selection is available both on web and mobile.
• In case the chosen device becomes inactive (loses SIP connection), the device is automatically switched to the current one (the grey “This device” button is displayed in this case).
• Initiated call is displayed and managed as a remote call.
• There is “Callback on mobile” option available only if there is mobile number indicated in user settings.
• On mobile devices there is an option Mobile, which allows to make a call via GSM.

Limitations:

• If there are several devices of the same category (e.g. several iOS or Android devices), it is not possible to choose from which device of the chosen category the call will be made on.

• in case x-bees conference app is not installed, x-bees app proposes to install it

• when clicking on the Chat button in x-bees conference app, user is directed to x-bees application

How-to:

1. Go to Settings -> Set a status
2. Type the status and choose the "Clear after" option
3. Click Save

Notes:

• The support starts from WMS 5.04.20220504 or higher
• The status message should be no longer than 100 characters
• When busy in a conference, user status automatically changes to the default one (e.g. “in conference | until 14:00”)

[WMS-13549] - web: added ability to start screensharing from the audio call

• Audio call will be terminated and you will be redirected to video conference with enabled screen sharing
• Please note that this functionality will be available starting with WMS 5.04.20220422 or higher

Temporary limitation:

• In case call is transferred to a device which doesn't support screen sharing (Collaboration, WP phones, etc) button "Screen Sharing" is not disabled and the user can start screen sharing. It will be fixed in the WMS-13885

• added a quick access to the signature generator: click on your user picture in the upper left-hand part of the screen to open Settings and click Kite settings button
• fixed an issue when a signature copied via the option "Copy to clipboard" was inserted as HTML tags

• Fill out the form (like Full Name, Company, Job title, and other information if required)
• Download the file or copy it to the clipboard

Limitations:

• Creating email signature is available for desktop and only by the link: https://x-bees.biz/kite/console
• If the user changes avatar/ name/ or other data, they should create a new signature with the updated info
