[WMS-15797] - wizy: renamed “Invite” button at the bottom menu into “Participants” and added Meeting participants panel to provide the meeting moderator a quick access to essential moderator control options like mute all, stop everyone’s video etc.

• Notes: also, added the possibility to disallow users to unmute themselves or to enable video. If participants want to unmute/enable video, they need to raise their hand
