x-bees allows you to manage calls directly from your browser. But in many work environments, employees still need more than a laptop and a headset. Wildix offers a full range of desk phones and DECT devices. The x-bees interface enables users to select the active device for making and receiving calls and easily switch between web/ mobile app/ desk phone / DECT.
How it works:
Click on the dial pad
To the left of the green call button, click This Device.
Select your preferred option from the list (e.g. Android x-bees, iOS x-bees, etc.)

Remote control during screen sharing in video conferences.

Customer care departments often need to provide help with some software or application. The fastest way to do it is by getting on a call with the customer and having them share their screen. But in many cases, a customer must install and download third-party software to grant remote access to their desktop. This procedure is complicated and requires time and system compliance. With x-bees, customer support is effortless and instantaneous, thanks to the remote access functionality available during screen sharing.
Important: remote control can be requested only after a user has started screen sharing!

Kite Meeting Scheduler expands its capabilities to include the ability to integrate with the Microsoft 365 calendar and provide external customers or prospects with access to the salesperson calendar. Using the Microsoft 365 calendar integration, customers can schedule appointments with Salesman by suggesting timeslots they can book.
Kite Meeting Scheduler helps customers/Prospects and Salesteam find suitable times and dates for meetings, demos, etc. x-bees connects all decision-makers with one click and speeds up the sales cycle.
Additionally, integrating Microsoft 365 Calendar and Google Calendar with Kite Meeting Scheduler allows a broader list of customers to see available slots in the salesperson calendar and schedule meetings independently.
Sound notification of the conference beginning

When you are focused on an important task, it's easy to miss an online meeting. Especially when you put yourself in Do not disturb mode, trying to avoid unnecessary interruptions. On x-bees, there's a sound notification when a conference starts, and the Join button becomes active, so users do not need to worry about being late for a meeting.
The notification plays once every 7 seconds, even for Users with Do Not Disturb or Away status.
