Upgrade Procedure for MonoLED/ DuoLED Wired Headset
Issues solved by the upgrade:
- Low volume on Mono/ DuoLED Headsets. By upgrading the Headset, you can increase the volume level by +10 dB.

Before upgrading, download and unpack the Upgrade Utility:
- MonoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixMonoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- DuoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- MonoLED firmware: Wildix_MonoLED_KEY_2020.09.04_10dB.bin
- DuoLED firmware: Wildix_DuoLED_KEY_2020.08.28_10dB.bin
Procedure
To upgrade, proceed with the following steps:
Press and hold the Mute button and then connect the Headset to you PC via USB port:
Start the CM65xx.exe which is the Upgrade Utility:
After the successful upgrade you get the following notification:
- After the update, re-connect the Headset's USB cable into yourPC
Uninstall the Upgrade Utility: go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Wildix DuoLED (MonoLed):
Open Driver tab. Press Uninstall Device button and then Uninstall button:
- Re-connect the USB cable into the PC one moretime

Issues solved by the upgrade:
Impossible to hold/ unhold a call by pressing Multi-function button
Virtual keyboard on Vision/ SuperVision doesn't work with connected DuoLED-BT
- LED indication is disabled after disconnecting second Android/iOS device
LED indication is not switched to Auto/ away status
No audio from mic in Wizyconf after hanging up a call
Mic doesn't work in Wizyconf after a one-on-one call in Collaboration
- Beep sounds appearing after changing mic volume level on DuoLED-BT
To upgrade the Headset, proceed with the following steps:

- Unpair all connected Bluetooth devices if the Headset is connected directly via embedded Bluetooth or disconnect the Base Station from PC
- Turn the Headset off and on by pressing Multi-function button
- Connect the Headset to you PC via USB port
