Note

Wizyconf is distinguished by updates from 3 different branches:

  1. Wizyconf app via Chromium OS (automatic upgrade). To upgrade:
    1. Put the device into sleep. The process is performed while Wizyconf is in sleep mode
    2. To check the App version, press Home button on a keyboard -> go to Wizyconf Settings menu (Google chrome icon)-> click on Main menu (three lines) -> select About Chromium OS (a mouse and a keyboard are required)
  2. WMS interface (manual upgrade). To upgrade:
    1. Upgrade WMS to the latest version from rel50/ rel50beta repositories
  3. Conference server: no need to upgrade, the changes are available right away

  • made the Registration page available by default. To get to the Registration tab, click the Advanced options button when you edit an existing meeting or add a new one

  • added a new functionality "Ask user to unmute". Speakers can now discreetly ask another speaker to unmute by clicking the muted mic icon next to the speaker's name which will prompt the user to unmute himself

  • added confirmation pop-up when remotely muting a speaker to prevent accidental muting

  • improved Forced layouts: when applying a layout, you can choose from 10 pre-defined layouts by clicking the star icon beside the "Apply layout" button

  • fixed Summary reports: now a correct count of registered users is displayed
