This guide will lead you through the process of the HubSpot Integration usage, starting from installation and ending with practical examples for call placing.
Requirements:
- WMS version: 5.01 or higher
- Wildix UC-Business or UC-Premium license
- Installed Integration Service
- (For some countries) HubSpot Sales Hub or Service Hub license

Click-to-call working from the Contact page

Supported countries
HubSpot calling with Free HubSpot CRM is available for a restricted number of countries. For other country registered numbers a Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seat is required. The list of countries supported on a free or paid basis are available by this link.

Setup the Integration
Setup the HubSpot Integration
- Proceed to the installation link
- Click on Install Wildix App button
- Choose an Account where you want to use the integration
- Wait until the integration installation will be finished
- Close the installation link
Place a Call
Keep Collaboration open while working with the application
Allow connection to WIService
On the first attempt to use click-to-call, it is mandatory to click Allow in the Integration Service Pop-up.
Making a Call Using Click-to-Dial from the contact record header
- Go to the Сontact page.
Click the call button at the header of the record. The HubSpot Call popup will appear.
This Step will be done only once per installation.
Click on Call Provider and choose Wildix from the drop-down list
- Click on Call from browser button to place a call.
- The control popup with a name and hang-up button will appear in the middle-right corner of the page.
Making a Call Using Click-to-Dial from the contact record call tab
- Go to the Сontact page.
Click on the Calls tab at the top navigation bar
Click on Make a phone call button.
- Click on Call from browser button to place a call
- The control popup with a name and hang-up button will appear in the middle-right corner of the page.
