After the upgrade

- there is no Internet connection
- auto.wildix.com doesn't have a PBX, it is not provisioned, not present on WMP → the device not assigned/ provisioned on WMP
- or PBX is on WMP but it is unavailable right now → PBX not reachable
Note: Please do not press Back, use Retry key! - won't be included, will be improved
Provisioning and configuration
WMP Provisioning
Prerequisite: you must have available Wizyconf which you had previously ordered and had it shipped to you.
- Go to WMP -> select a customer
- Select PBX on WMP → Devices → click + to add the device
- select the device from the list
- Click Add
- Go back to Devices → check that the device is provisioned
Go to WMS -> Devices: provisioned Wizyconf appears on the list:
Assign to user
- Go to your PBX → DEVICES
- The device should be present on this page.
- Assign the user → for this purpose create a separate user with Wizyconf license. If a user doesn't have the correct license, Wizyconf will show the error notification
If the procedure is correct, you will see the list of conferences on Wizyconf.
Important: 1 Wizyconf account can be used with 1 Wizyconf.
Connection
Note: If a user is invited to a conference, press Refresh on Wizyconf to display the conference in the conference list on Wizyconf.
If a wrong user is assigned to Wizyconf, assign the correct user and turn on/ turn off (disconnect and connect) Wizyconf via Power key on Wizyconf-Core
It is impossible to delete an assign user from Wizyconf.
An example: Delete the device from WMS Devices and then click Sync from WMP → the device will appear → the notification "Device not assigned to any user" is displayed on Wizyconf.
To authorize this device enter this code: => the code should be entered in Collaboration from any user from the same PBX → press Retry on Wizyconf - this can be used after you use backup and the password may change → the tokens are different on Wizyconf,
Provisioning can be made via semi-automatic mode if the provisioning is resolved on PBX itself.
