Requirements

MonoLED/ DuoLED Upgrade Procedure
Before upgrading, download and unpack the Upgrade Utility:
- MonoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixMonoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- DuoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- MonoLED firmware: Wildix_MonoLED_KEY_2020.09.04_10dB.bin
- DuoLED firmware: Wildix_DuoLED_KEY_2020.08.28_10dB.bin
To upgrade, proceed with the following steps:
Press and hold the Mute button and then connect the Headset to you PC via USB port:
Start the CM65xx.exe which is the Upgrade Utility:
After the successful upgrade you get the following notification:
- After the update, re-connect the Headset's USB cable into your PC
Uninstall the Upgrade Utility: go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Wildix DuoLED (MonoLed):
Open Driver tab. Press Uninstall Device button and then Uninstall button:
- Re-connect the USB cable into the PC one more time
DuoLED-BT Upgrade Procedure
Before upgrading, download and unpack the archive:
To upgrade, proceed with the following steps:
Keep DuoLED-BT powered on
Use Type-C USB cable to connect the Headset to PC, and then press Volume down and Mute buttons together until Headset status LED stops being red
Start Flash.bat from the archive
The firmware is updated
