How-to: - Click Submit a case
- In the Case Reason, select the option Report an Issue or General Question
- Choose category Enter Subject, Description, attach files if required and click Submit
The submitted case is assigned to Partner’s queue and Partner, if required, can reassign the case to Customer Care / Tech Support team.

- provide PBX and DID you want to order or modify CNAM
- CNAM should not be longer than 15 characters
- order can take up to 24 hours after submission to confirm by our vendor's database and up to 72 hours over business days for completion
