Upgrade procedure
Press and hold the mute button as below show, hold the Mute button and then plug into connect the Headset to you PC USB via USB port. Download WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip (or MonoLed) and unpackit. :
Download the Upgrade Utility for MonoLED/ DuoLED and unpack it
Start the CM65xx.exe , it will show as below: It will show as below after the success upgrade: which is the Upgrade Utility:
After the successful upgrade you get the following notification:
- After the update, re-plug the headset connect the Headset's USB cable into theyourPC.
Uninstall the headsetdriver. Open “Device Upgrade Utility: go to Device Manager ->Sound> Sound, video and game controllers ->Wildix DuoLED” > Wildix DuoLED (orMonoLed) :
tab Press “Uninstall Device” button, then “Uninstall”button. Open “Driver”Driver tab. Press Uninstall Device button and then Uninstall button:
- Re-plug connect the USB cable into the PC one moretime
