- Access your Gong account
- Navigate to Conversations and select a specific call or conference you want to review
Gong provides multiple tools to analyze your sales team interactions:
- View recordings: listen to call recordings/ watch conference recording, review transcriptions
- Check Highlights, Outline, Points of interest: look for Highlights, including key points, next steps, review the conversation outline, Focus on points of interest such as customer questions, objections, and competitor mentions etc
- Coaching: give specific feedback, share best sales practices based on analysis
