Access from Wizyconf station

You cannot create a conference room from Wizyconf Conference Room, but you can access conference rooms to which the Wizyconf user was invited.

To access x-bees conference from Wizyconf station, select Wizyconf at the top -> enter the Conference ID (available in x-bees conference -> Participants -> Conference ID and Dial-in numbers).

Access in audio-only mode

- Click on three dots in the lower central side of the screen
- Click View shortcuts
- A new dialog Keyboard shortcuts opens:
Conference on mobile
Joining the conference
When the conference starts, the green Join button appears on the Inbox tab:

Note: You can either join the conference from x-bees web or from mobile. If, say, you joined from web and then join from mobile, you are automatically removed from the conference on x-bees web. |
To join the conference on mobile, you need to install x-bees conference app. You can install it by the following links:
When you tap Join, you are automatically directed to x-bees conference app. In case you don't have the app installed on your device yet, you are suggested to install it first:
If x-bees conference app is installed, after tapping the Join button, x-bees conference app automatically opens and you get into the conference:
Once in the conference, you have the following conference controls:
- Mute/unmute yourself
Enable/ disable camera
Note Note: To be able to unmute yourself and enable camera, you need to allow x-bees conference access to Microphone and Camera in your smartphone settings.
- Open chat: When you tap the Chat button, you are directed to x-bees app with the relevant conversation
- Settings: The Settings section provides the following options:
- Car mode
- Enable low bandwidth mode
- Start recording
- Start live stream
- Share a YouTube video
- Start screen sharing
- Participants stats
- Exit tile view
- Send reactions
- Raise Your Hand
- When you tap on a conference participant, you get the following options:
- Ask to unmute
- Mute
- Mute everyone else
- Disable camera
- Boot from conference
- Send private message
- Connection Info
- To switch between between front and rear camera when you enable video, tap on the camera icon at the top:
- To leave the conference room, tap the red handset icon:
