Requirements

- Wildix Mono/DuoLED Headset
Before upgrading, download and unpack the Upgrade Utility:
- MonoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixMonoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- DuoLED Upgrade Utility: WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip
- MonoLED firmware: Wildix_MonoLED_KEY_Init3dB_20202023.0902.04_10dB15.bin
- DuoLED firmware: Wildix_DuoLED_KEY_2020Init3dB_2023.0802.28_10dB15.bin

Procedure
To upgrade, proceed with the following steps:
Press and hold the Mute button and then connect the Headset to you PC via USB port:Download the Upgrade Utility for MonoLED/ DuoLED and unpack it
Start the CM65xx.exe which is the Upgrade Utility:
After the successful upgrade you get the following notification:
- After the update, re-connect the Headset's USB cable into yourPC
Uninstall the Upgrade Utility: go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Wildix DuoLED (MonoLedMonoLED):
Open Driver tab. Press Uninstall Device button and then Uninstall button:
- Re-connect the USB cable into the PC one moretime
