In case there is only one external user in the conversation, the information about the user is available right after you open the Info frame.

Note: External contact lookup is performed after opening the Info frame, which means that in case Info frame was not opened, instead of user name from HubSpot, you may see user email in conversation title, on the Inbox tab, etc.

Logging call / conferences transcription and summary
x-bees features real-time transcription of conferences and calls and automatically adds the data to the relevant Contact page in HubSpot.
