Note

Wizyconf is distinguished by updates from 3 different branches:

  1. Wizyconf app via Chromium OS (automatic upgrade). To upgrade:
    1. Put the device into sleep. The process is performed while Wizyconf is in sleep mode
    2. To check the App version, go to Wizyconf Settings menu-> click on Main menu (three lines) -> select About Chromium OS (mouse is required)
  2. WMS interface (manual upgrade). To upgrade:
    1. Upgrade WMS to the latest version from rel50/ rel50beta repositories
  3. Conference server: no need to upgrade, the changes are available right away

Warning

Important: access to video conferencing service on WMS 4.0 via Safari v. 13.1 (both iOS 13.4 and macOS 10.15) browser is temporarily disabled due to the found issues. 

It is recommended to use Chrome browser or dial-in numbers. For iOS devices, you can install Wizyconf iOS App, download from https://apps.apple.com/app/wizyconf/id1510379804.
