What is Extended CNAM

Extended CNAM is an enhanced option compared to the standard CNAM. Their core differences are displayed in the table below:

Requirements and activation

To activate extended CNAM, apply a Custom Care request mentioning extended CANM (32 characters) and standard CNAM(15 characters). Refer to Wildix Terms and Conditions, "How to interact with support" section. by sending the following data
- DID number
- Desired extended CNAM (32 characters)
- Calling Company Name
- Calling Company Address
- Calling Company URL
