Activated CLASSOUND
- Min. license type: UC-Business (only users with UC-Business and UC-Premium licenses can send and receive SMS)
CLASSOUND DID configured as Office number for those users who need to exchange SMS messages via
CLASSOUNDCLASSOUND
Note Do not assign the Office number to the "super admin" (the only user with full access to all the levels of the system management), as this may lead to SMS delivery issues. The Office number should only be assigned to regular users.
- Min. supported versions:
- WMS: 5.03.20210826.1
- iOS mobile app: 8.1.45805
- Android mobile app: 5.02.06
- SMS Campaign registration (see details in the documentation Registering 10DLC numbers for SMS campaigns)
