This Document describes how to open an RMA request on WMP.

Preconditions

Before opening a request, please check these rules regarding RMA submission based on warranty period:

  • for devices with expired warranty (more than 5 years), no RMA allowed
  • for device with warranty more than 1 year but  less than 5 years, you need to attach a copy of signed 5y warranty contract to an RMA request
  • for devices with warranty less than 1 year, no changes

Open an RMA request

To open an RMA request, follow these steps:

  1. Log into WMP (my.wildix.com), select the tab Orders & Billing 
  2. Go to the tab RMA, then click Add to create a request

  3. Select a device in Product info field

    • green - < 1 year
    • yellow - > 1 year but < 5 years
    • red - > 5 years

  4. For devices with warranty > 1 year but < 5 years, you need to upload a copy of signed 5y warranty contract 

  5. Confirm Terms and Conditions and click Submit
