Improvements for conversations from guest users

We are excited to announce an update to conversations coming from guest users! With this update, both agents and guests can see the name and avatar of the person they are chatting with in the conversation title.

For agents, guest names are displayed in the conversation title in both one-on-one and group conversations, making it easier for agents to keep track of who they are speaking to. Additionally, for guests, agent names are displayed in the one-on-one conversation title if they are contacted via chat link, while service names are displayed for group conversations or one-on-one conversations via wid
