[WMS-24985] - wizy: added the possibility to enable a virtual waiting room for Webinar mode, to prevent guests from joining the session before it officially begins

How-to:

  1. To enable the lobby:

  • Start the webinar -> click More actions -> proceed to Webinar options -> enable Webinar mode.

2. Manage guests in the lobby:

  • When enabled, guest users joining the webinar, get to the virtual waiting room until the moderator allows them to join.

  • Moderator can see the number of guests in the Lobby on the Participants panel.

  • To allow guests in the lobby to join the webinar, click More actions -> proceed to Webinar options -> disable Webinar mode.

Note:

  • Also, this update improves the logic to avoid the scenario when guest users could not use the Join button until the moderator started the webinar.

Limitation:

  • If any guest user already joined the webinar, it is not possible to enable the option.

[XBS-5490] - web: In the History tab, the Recording button has been updated to Play in SI, which now opens the relevant recording within Sales Intelligence
How-to:

  1. Go to the History tab

  2. Click the Play in SI button in the Media column next to the necessary item to open it in Sales Intelligence

  • History tab now supports ACL See call recording.

  • Also, added possibility to download recordings in Simplified view in Sales Intelligence.

[XBS-6137] - rna: added possibility to add a Chats tab to Sales Intelligence, enabling direct access to external chat conversations

  • The Chats tab displays conversations including such information as Name, Date, Language, Agents, Clients.

  • Only conversations with external users are displayed, e.g. WhatsApp, Kite, SMS.

  • When opening a chat in Sales Intelligence, you can ask AI questions about the conversation, translate the conversation, download transcription, and share the link to the conversation

  • Chats option has also been added to the Filter settings, allowing chat-specific filters to refine the list of displayed conversations by Members, Content and Metadata, and Evaluations.

  • Also, made some improvements on the Live Dashboard tab:

  1. A confirmation dialog is now shown when joining a chat

  2. Added AI Transcription button which allows to view conversation transcription in real time.
    Current limitation:

  • Downloading chat attachments is currently not available

[XBS-5741] - rna: added the possibility to embed custom integrations and display them in a Tab view in x-bees, enabling direct access via the navigation sidebar

The feature adds possibility to add new custom integrations and visualize them right in x-bees like iFrame (similar to WebCRM in Legacy Collaboration)

How-to:

  1. Go to WMS → PBX → Integrations → Cloud Integrations -> Client Integrations

  2. Add a new integration or edit an existing one and fill in the Title and Description fields

  3. In Integration Type, select Tab view

  4. In the Select tab icon field, choose the desired tab icon
    Note: Currently only icon names are displayed

  5. Click Install to save the integration, or click Save to apply changes when editing an existing integration

  6. The new integration tab will appear as a separate tab in the navigation sidebar under the Contacts

Limitations:

  • The Tab view layout for some integrations e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 is currently not adaptive

  • The limit for Tab view integrations is up to 5

  • Tab view is currently supported on web only

  • Some services do not support being displayed in the iFrame, e.g. Atlassian, Meta

  • Speed dial can be configured in Contacts → Phonebook or in Phonebook section of Info frame when creating a new contact or editing an existing one.

  • When it is set, the contact can be called using the speed dial feature code (default 80, configurable in WMS → Dialplan → Feature codes), for example: 80*3241, where 80 is the speed dial feature code and 3241 is the contact’s number.

[XBS-6079] - rna: added Offline mode on mobile, which allows to mute incoming calls or messages

[XBS-6089] - rna: added the ability to change colleagues’ presence statuses for users with the appropriate permissions on web and mobile
How to:

  • Inbox tab: right-click or hover over the conversation with a colleague, click the More icon, and select Set presence status

  • Favorites / Contacts tab: hover over a contact, click the Presence status icon, and set the presence status
    Note: To be able to change colleagues' presence statuses, user should have the ACL permission Can Modify presence (can be set in WMS → PBX → Users → Groups)

[XBS-6251] - rna: removed the pre-selected phonebook during contact creation to avoid cases when user could create contact in a wrong phonebook

[IT-7049] - ca: added new options in Time Bucket filter in Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0): Day of week and Hour of day, which allow to build charts (e.g., column charts) and analyze completed and missed calls by hour and weekday

[XBS-5720] - xbs/sf: added the ability to select multiple Salesforce entities in a pop-up window during the call, giving users more control over how calls are logged in Salesforce

There are three available Logging Modes. To activate one, go to WMS -> PBX -> Integrations -> Salesforce Auto Logging and select one of the following modes:

  1. Smart logging: updates a related task, created by the user during a conversation, or creates a new one if no existing conversation is found

  2. Request manual matching: users will be requested to manually select related entities within 10 minutes, or create a new one

  3. Require manual matching: users will be requested to manually select related entities within 10 minutes. If they do not select and confirm the creation task, any logging will be performed.

Improvements

[XBS-5942] - xbs: extended the main section for Account, Contact and Lead within Salesforce integration with x-bees, so that you can access the most important details immediately in the first tab

  • Added Main Section for both Account and Contact

  • Contact view now displays key information from its related Account

  • The Lead Main Section includes the Lead Name and Company fields

[XBS-6122] - rna: updated the logic so that the Service dropdown when creating SMS Conversation displays only the Call groups the user belongs to

[XBS-5987] - rna: added custom predefined presence statuses in x-bees, allowing users to create and save their own availability statuses for future use on web and mobile

How to:


  1. Click on your user picture in the upper left-hand part of the screen to open Settings

  2. Under Availability, click on your current user status (e.g. Available)

  3. Click New status button

  4. Choose one of the predefined statuses: Green: available, Yellow: away, or Red: busy. You can also select an emoji to personalize your status. Enter the status message into the field, set date and time to clear the status after (optional)

  5. Check Save the status for the future use option.

  6. Click Save and set

Note:

  • The feature is available starting from WMS 7.05.20251120.1

  • If needed, you can edit your saved custom statuses.

  • If you select the options custom date and time or today for, the custom status cannot be saved for future use.

  • In case the user was active within the last 15 seconds and x-bees tab is open, Available presence status is displayed, with the text “Online”

  • In case the user has an open tab and was active less than 30 minutes ago, a new presence icon is displayed, outlined green circle, and the text “Last seen <time> ago”

  • In case the user has an open tab and was active more than 30 minutes ago, only the “Last seen <time> ago” text is displayed

  • If user has no x-bees tab open, the “Last seen <time> ago” text is displayed

[WMS-24443] - rna: added possibility for the admin to manage who can start a recording and transcription via the ACL “can/cannot use Personal Recording”

  • If the user doesn’t have the necessary permissions, the Start recording option is disabled and the recording is not started automatically

[XBS-5324] - wim: improved Salesforce auto logging logic in case of multiple matches with the same email/ phone number, which allows to avoid cases when a call was logged to a Contact/ Lead different from the one displayed on the Info frame


The match is chosen in the following priority:


  1. Contact / Account / Lead that was last dialled or selected via the Wrong match button on the Info frame.
    Note: It may take up to 15 minutes to sync the data across PBX users/ different devices.


  2. Then, match is prioritized by type Contact -> Account -> Lead, Contact having higher priority than Lead


  3. If there are several matches of the same type, the last modified item is matched by default.
