Improvement
[WMS-19358] - wizy: introduced half-webinar mode to boost performance in case of conferences with a large number of participants
Half-webinar mode suggests there are Speakers and Visitors in the conference (for meetings with more than 30 participants). First 30 members who join the conference are automatically added as Speakers, while the rest participants join as Visitors.
Visitors have access to a limited conference functionality compared to Speakers:
- Visitors do not have Mute/ Unmute and Start/ Stop camera buttons.
- If a Visitor wants to speak in the conference, they should raise a hand and a Speaker should admit the request. When the request is admitted, Visitor is moved to Speakers. There is no restriction to the number of Visitors that can be moved to Speakers.
- A separate counter at the top displays the number of visitors in the conference.
- Speakers can manage Visitor requests (Reject/ Admit visitors) via push notifications or via the Participants panel.
Note: It is currently not possible for speakers to manage visitor requests via mobile.

- Currently, only English, Italian, and Spanish languages are supported. Support of French and German should be added later.

Important: External contact lookup is performed after opening the Info frame both on Web and mobile.
Note:
- Contact name lookup is performed in highest priority integration first (by default, the lookup is performed in Phonebooks first and then in other integrations).
- External contact name is applied for conversation name on the Inbox, conversation top header, Info frame, message header, reactions, in History and on Live Dashboard (in tooltips).
- In case of a call, for the lookup data to be displayed in the Call popup, Conversation name on Inbox, and Call dialog, make sure the relevant integration is enabled in WMS: HubSpot Auto Logging or SalesForce Auto Logging.

New Feature
[XBS-3519] - mobile: added the new the logic, in which a new conversation is automatically created when receiving an incoming call from an external number / when performing an outgoing call to an external number
Note:
- The conversation is created in case the call was answered.
- When opening the conversation, there is a Call button next to the Conference icon which allows to perform a SIP call from the conversation.
- Service, to/ from which the call was made, is automatically added to the conversation. It is not possible to change the Service.
- In case the Service doesn’t have an SMS number, the message field in the conversation is inactive.
- It is possible to add colleagues to the conversation. If the invited agent calls the external user via the same service, the conversation is reused. Otherwise, a new conversation is created.
Limitation:
- In case of a WMS v. 6.05.20231215 or lower, Service tag may be missing for conversations created after performing an outgoing call, and a duplicate conversation can be created for the same external phone number in case of a missing Service tag.
Improvements
[XBS-3581] - mobile: improved the logic of assigning a service to make the feature more intuitive and simple
- The user who is added to the conversation at the very beginning and who performs the first reassign is not removed from the conversation. When assigning / reassigning the service, there is Apply button (the button Apply and leave is no longer used).
- Members of a service are removed only after the first assign. On subsequent reassigns, existing members of the conversation are no longer removed.
- Improved services sorting in the Services dropdown, to display services of the PBX the user belongs to at the top of the list.
- Added possibility to add Service without adding or removing members of the conversation. For this, choose Service without selecting an Assignee and click Apply.
- Improved the system message displayed after the first assign.
[WMS-17643] - wim: released a new version of Salesforce integration with x-bees

- Note: Starting from WMS Beta 6.05.20231110.2, x-bees tab in WMS -> PBX -> Integrations is renamed into Cloud integrations.
Important: At the current development stage, it is not recommended to disable the old version of Salesforce integration yet, as part of the current functionality (e.g. the display of Salesforce contact information on the Info frame in x-bees) may become unavailable.

Documentation:x-bees Mobile User Guide
Web 1.46.1.666086 Date: 21.12.2023
New Features
[XBS-3390] - web: added possibility to join ongoing conversations with external users via Live Dashboard
- Live Dashboard displays only ongoing conversations, which include at least one external user. Conversations between internal users are not displayed. Conversation is considered ongoing if there was a message from a customer or agent within the last 30 minutes.
- If an external user sent a message, but the agent didn’t reply yet, the conversation status on the Live Dashboard is “No reply”. When the agent replies, the conversation status is Active.
- To join a conversation, click the Join button next to the relevant conversation on the Live Dashboard.
- If the conversation is public (Available by link), there are no limitations to join the conversation. If the conversation is not public (not available by link), to be able to join the conversation via Live Dashboard, user should belong to a group with ACL “can - Intrusion” permission in WMS. The logic is the following:
- The system checks if the user is allowed to make an intrusion to the user who has conversation with external members.
- If the assignee of the conversation corresponds to the requirements, the intrusion is allowed.
- In case there is no assignee, the system checks the owner of the conversation (the first user who sent message to the external member).
- The intrusion is not silent: when a user joins the conversation, all participants (both agents and guests) can see that a new member joined.
- The feature is available for users with x-bees-SuperBee license.
Note: For old conversations (created before 18 December 2023), created through the website widget with a group of agents, the Service tag is not displayed on the Live Dashboard.
[XBS-3519] - web: prepared updates for the new the logic, in which a new conversation will be automatically created when receiving an incoming call from an external number / when performing an outgoing call to an external number
Note:
- Due to technical reasons, the feature will become available on 25 December 2023.
- The conversation will be created in case the call was answered.
- When opening the conversation, there will be a Call button next to the Conference icon which allows to perform a SIP call from the conversation.
- Service, to/ from which the call was made, will be automatically added to the conversation. It is not possible to change the Service.
- In case the Service doesn’t have an SMS number, the message field in the conversation will be inactive.
- It is possible to add colleagues to the conversation. If the invited agent calls the external user via the same service, the conversation will be reused. Otherwise, a new conversation will be created.
Limitation: In case of a WMS v. 6.05.20231215 or lower, Service tag can be missing for conversations created after performing an outgoing call, and a duplicate conversation can be created for the same external phone number in case of a missing Service tag.
Improvements

- Members of a service are removed only after the first assign. On subsequent reassigns, existing members of the conversation are no longer removed.
- Improved services sorting in the Services dropdown, to display services of the PBX the user belongs to at the top of the list.

[XBS-3245] - kite: added possibility to reassign conversation to another Service group
- When selecting another service group in the field Service, the field Assignee is changed to Unassigned. You can either choose a member of the service group to assign the conversation to or leave it unassigned (in this case, the conversation is assigned to the whole group rather than to a specific member).
- When assigning the conversation to another service group (with Unassigned option in the Assignee field), the members of the previous group are removed, and the members of the new group are added. Any additional members or guests remain in the group.
Note: In case the conversation was created via direct chat link or via a widget with 1 agent, and the agent reassigns the conversation to a service group where he is not present, the agent is not removed from the conversation.
- In case you belong to the group, you can see the buttons “Apply” and “Assign to me”. If you don’t belong to the group, you can see the button “Apply and leave”, and after reassigning the conversation, you are automatically removed from it.
Limitation:
Service groups without at least one agent with x-bees Standard license are displayed in the list, but there is no possibility to reassign the conversation to such a service group (the button “Apply and leave” is disabled).

Improvement
Improved the logic of storing Camera, Mic, and Noise suppression preferences in x-bees conference:
1) Camera/Mic:
- Your chosen settings are applied to all conferences.
For example: If you enable the camera in the current conference, it remains enabled in all future meetings that you participate in.
2) Noise suppression:
- Noise suppression settings are saved separately for different audio devices.
For example: If you connect a Bluetooth headset and disable noise suppression, this preference will be stored specifically for that headset. The next time you connect that headset, noise suppression will remain disabled. If you switch to a different audio device, noise suppression will be enabled by default until you manually disable it.
