Improvements for conversations from guest users

We are excited to announce an update to conversations coming from guest users! With this update, both agents and guests can see the name and avatar of the person they are chatting with in the conversation title.

For agents, guest names are displayed in the conversation title in both one-on-one and group conversations, making it easier for agents to keep track of who they are speaking to. Additionally, for guests, agent names are displayed in the one-on-one conversation title if they are contacted via chat link, while service names are displayed for group conversations or one-on-one conversations via widget. Furthermore, avatars are now set according to the displayed name, and conversation avatars are updated accordingly when users are added or removed.

Schedule a call button added to email signature

Introducing the Schedule a Call button! Now external users can easily schedule a call with you directly from your email signature, with just one click. All you need to do is apply the settings on your email service. The feature is available for all x-bees Standard and SuperBee users and the link can be removed manually if needed.

View videoconference recordings inside x-bees

You can now view recordings without having to download them! When your recording is ready, you can choose to watch it directly in a new tab or you can still download it.

This new feature saves time and storage space, making it easier to access and view recordings. The update is applicable to all new recordings, while old recordings remain in the download-only format.

Auto logging of scheduled meetings

Now, scheduled meetings created by guest users using Meeting Scheduler are automatically logged as activities in Salesforce/ HubSpot. The activity is marked as open and includes all meeting details and descriptions, making it easier than ever to keep track of your meetings. In case of changes or cancellations, the updates are automatically synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot, ensuring that your records are always up-to-date.

Call recording option and other call window improvements

We're excited to announce that we've added a new feature to our call window dialog - the ability to record calls! With this new feature, you can easily capture important conversations with clients or colleagues, and revisit them at any time as call recordings are sent to your email. Simply click the Record button in the More actions menu during an active call to start recording.

We’ve also streamlined the interface by moving Call video, Add participants and Screen sharing options to the More actions button, while adding Transfer as one of the main actions on the call window dialog. You can now answer incoming calls directly from your Inbox conversations list. Plus, you can now hide the chat and maximize the call window for a more immersive experience.
