Problem
After deleting a user, voicemail messages left via Feature Code "Voicemail" 81 are still present for a newly created user with the same extension.
Solution
You can delete voicemail messages via Terminal:
- Access your PBX as a root
Run the command:
rm -rf /mnt/cticonnect/<ext.number>
Warning: Be careful while running the command as any inaccuracy in a command path can lead to the system failure.
