DaySaver Quick Installation Guide helps you install and configure the GSM gateway. Thanks to GSM gateway it is possible to send SMS using your Wildix PBX and to call mobile numbers using the GSM SIM card.

LED indicators description

SIM
Slow flashing 4 secSIM card cannot be detected (flashing ever 4 seconds)
Fast flashing  SIM card has been inserted and successfully registered (flashing every 2 seconds)

Installation and connection

Make sure the PIN code of the SIM card is disabled.

  • Connect antennas to the rear panel of the gateway
  • Connect network cable to WAN or LAN port
  • Insert a SIM card to the SIM slot

Important: Status of signal quality is currently not supported!


After the device is provisioned, you can configure its settings. Consult Trunk Settings Guide to check all available parameters.


VoLTE configuration

To configure VoLTE, proceed with the following steps:

  • Go to Network -> VoLTE
  • Check off Enable in Status field
  • Click Save
  • Confirm by clicking Apply

Status -> Overview 

Factory reset

To perform a factory reset procedure:

  • Press and hold Reset button for 10 seconds


Important: complete initialization and loading can take up to 5 minutes!
