How to upgrade Mono and DuoLED firmware

Take the steps described in this Guide to upgrade  in order to increase the sound level for +10dB .

Requirements

  • Windows OS
  • Wildix Mono/DuoLED Headset

Upgrade procedure

  1. Press and hold the mute button as below show, and then plug into the PC USB  port.  

  2. Download WildixDuoLedUbgradeFwTool.zip (or MonoLed) and unpackit. 

  3. Start the CM65xx.exe, it will show as below: 

  4. It will show as below after the success upgrade: 

  5. After the update, re-plug the headset USB cable into the PC. 

  6. Uninstall the headsetdriver. Open “Device Manager->Sound, video and game controllers ->Wildix DuoLED”  (orMonoLed) 

  7. Open “Driver”tab Press “Uninstall Device” button, then “Uninstall” button. 

  8. Re-plug the USB cable into the PC one more time
