  • Minimum WMS version: 4.01.44034.20
  • DHCP Server to receive IP address
  • Stable internet connection

The notification about the upgrade is displayed. Then the devices is rebooted automatically.

  • The first upgrade - the firmware size is 2GB. It takes up to 5-10 minutes (depends on the Internet connection)
  • Server from which upgrade is made: firmware.wildix.com
  • Port to be opened: tcp:443

Note: Wizyconf upgrade is not displayed on WMS interface,

Note: you may need to connect a mouse and a keyboard for the upgrading procedure.

After the upgrade

"Connection Error" notification at the very beginning means:

  • there is no Internet connection
  • auto.wildix.com doesn't have a PBX, it is not provisioned, not present on WMP → the device not assigned/ provisioned on WMP
  • or PBX is on WMP but it is unavailable right now → PBX not reachable

Note: Please do not press Back, use Retry key! - won't be included, will be improved.

Provisioning and configuration

WMP Provisioning

Prerequisite: you must have available Wizyconf which you had previously ordered and had it shipped to you.

  • Go to WMP -> select a customer
  • Select PBX ->click Options button (three dots) and choose Devices from the drop-down list:

  • Click + to add Wizyconf:

  • The list of all your available devices opens; select Wizyconf and click Add to assign it to the PBX

  • Go to WMS ->Devices: provisioned Wizyconf appears on the list:

Important: After Wizyconf is provisioned, its status in WMS -> Devices stays gray, no IP and firmware are indicated.

Assign Wizyconf to user

Important: Before assigned, make sure that a user has Wizyconf License previously purchased on WMP. If the user doesn't have the correct license, the error notification is displayed on Wizyconf.

  • Go to WMS -> Devices
  • Select the provisioned Wizyconf and click Assign to user

Once the user is assigned, It is impossible to delete him, you can just re-assign to another one.

Important: 1 Wizyconf account can be used with 1 Wizyconf.

Accessing the conference

If the procedure is correct, the Conference list is displayed on Wizyconf.

Note: If a user is invited to a conference, press Refresh on Wizyconf to display the conference in the conference list on Wizyconf.

If a wrong user is assigned to Wizyconf, assign the correct user and turn on/ turn off (disconnect and connect) Wizyconf via Power key on Wizyconf-Core

An example: Delete the device from WMS Devices and then click Sync from WMP → the device will appear → the notification "Device not assigned to any user" is displayed on Wizyconf.

To authorize this device enter this code: => the code should be entered in Collaboration from any user from the same PBX → press Retry on Wizyconf - this can be used after you use backup and the password may change → the tokens are different on Wizyconf,

Provisioning can be made via semi-automatic mode if the provisioning is resolved on PBX itself.
