Exciting news! We've introduced the new feature to enhance your scheduling and meeting experience with x-bees.
We have added the ability to schedule x-bees meetings directly in your Google and MS 365 calendars. With the new feature, you can effortlessly create new events by simply clicking "Add x-bees meeting" button to include participants and save the event. Once saved, a dedicated conversation is automatically created in x-bees with the added participants.
Joining the x-bees meeting is now easier than ever! Whether it's via the link sent in the email invitation, by clicking "Join x-bees meeting now" in the calendar event preview or in the event itself, directly within x-bees, experience the convenience of joining x-bees meeting with just one click. Plus, if participants want to chat before the meeting, there is a convenient link to the conversation available in the calendar event description.
