Kite settings let you create a professional email signature with contact-me button, which allows recipients to reach out to you via x-bees. Follow the below steps to generate signature:

1. Open Settings -> click Kite settings 
   

   
   

2. You get redirected to this portal: https://x-bees.biz/kite/console
3. Fill out the form which includes the following fields: 
   
   • Full Name
   • Company
   • Job title
     Additional information:
   • Phone
   • Address
   • LinkedIn
   • Custom link
   • Title for custom link
   • Custom text field

4. Under Email signature preview, click Copy to clipboard or Download file to further apply the signature in your email client.

   Note
   Note: If you change avatar/ name/ or other data, a new signature with the updated info should be created.
