Problem

Perform a reflashing procedure as described below.

Eject a hard disk drive (HDD) from your PBX system
Note Note: See the picture below to understand what the HDD looks like.

- Connect HDD to your PC using USB mSATA adapter
- Donwnload Download the disk image: https://files.wildix.com/images/wms3WMS_5.04_x64_20220706.img / WMS_36.8802_x64_1607201820230519.img
- Use disk dump utility to burn the image to the HDD of your PBX
The command syntax depends on your OS:
Code Block language text – dd if=wms.img of=<dev_msata> //pat
- Install the HDD back to your PBX and boot the system
