On some iOS versions, there was is an occasional issue of in which there was can be no media after answering a call, in case the phone was locked and it was is an API call by an external CRM or a call from Collaboration with Any selected as a device. If you encounter such an issue, to avoid it, you can add the following line to the /rw2/etc/env.custom.ini file:
