Two brand new dashboards are available in the Portal (home page):
- MRR dashboard: each Partner will be able to see their Monthly Recurring Revenue (OPEX)--including the actual MRR rate versus the committed MRR rate according to the blanket agreement.
- Wildix Grand Prix dashboard: each Partner will be able to see their overall position in the global Wildix Grand Prix as well as rankings by country (see examples below):

Dashboard
By default, the dasbhoard shows your overall position in the global Wildix Grand Prix

and the current year.
How-to:
- See your position in your own country's ranking: click on the flag of your country (click again to go back to the default view)

- Select the yearView the information for previous years: click on the year on the bottom of the page to switch

- Go to the tab Customers and select your customer's company
Click on three dots on the right-hand side from your customer
- Click Devices
Click Order HWaaS
Select the Duration (One month/ One year/ Five years)
- Select the PBX (in case you have several PBXs, select the correct one from the drop-down list)
- Follow the usual procedure to place an order: add the products to the cart and checkout

You can click Save to save your order and checkout later. After the checkout you can check the status of your order in the tab Orders. |
