Off-Hook Dialing on WP480G/WP490G (disabled by default)
A call can be automatically placed when a handset is in off-hook position after pressing History, Phonebook and Redial keys.
By default, the behavior is disabled. To enable Off-Hook Dialing:

Backlight settings: set the backlight level of the screen and select the timeout (min - 20 sec, max - 1 hour or Always On) after which the phone's screen should turn off
