Prepare the documents
To order a new DID number you need to prepare the following documents:
- France: proof of address and proof of ID (more details: France)
- DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland): proof of address (more details: Austria, Germany, Switzerland)
- Italy: proof of Italian business registration (Visura) and the business owner’s national ID (more details: Italy)
For number porting, in addition to the documents specified above, you need to prepare the following documents:
- Download, fill out and sign the LOA documents (find the LOA documents for your country below)
- Last invoice
In case your country is not present on this page and there is no LOA archive for your country: send us the order via the form please (at a certain step you will have the option to select "Other" (for Porting only or for NEW DID only), we will get in touch with you in case any additional documents will be needed.

For German DID we also need a customer’s business to be registered in the same area where the number is requested. Acceptable documents are Handelsregisterauszug (Commercial Register) or Bescheinigung der Gewerbeanzeige (Business Registration). For German numbers we can not accept utility bills as proof of address. The proofs are to be from official sources to be used to substantiate the end user has legal presence at the location within Germany. Documents issued by a local authority (government agency) such as proof of residence from the municipality or a proof of business registration from the trade registry are more than acceptable. The document should be complete, issued to the relevant company and state the relevant address on the document and it needs to be issued by an official state, municipality, government, authority or trade/commerce organisation. |
