Before using the Headset

  • Enter Menu mode:

    • Press AUX function button to enter Menu mode

Call Control

Incoming call

When you receive an incoming call, the LED indicator starts blinking with fast short green flashes and you hear a ringer (in case you enable "Silent mode on", only LED indicator will blink)

  • Press Mute button to mute/ unmute the microphone during an active call. The voice prompt will announce "Mute on/ off"

Hold

Put a call on hold/  Retrieve a call:

  • Press Call button for 2 seconds to put a call on hold/ retrieve a call. The voice prompt will announce "Call unhold"/ "Call retrieved"

End a call

End an active call:

  • Press Call button to end a call

How to access and navigate through the Menu

When the Headset is in the Idle state, a user can enter the main Menu and its submenus to change different settings.

  • Enter the main Menu: Press AUX function
  •  button to enter the main Menu
  •  button 
  • Move to the next submenu or submenu option/ move back to the previous submenu or submenu option
    • Press Volume+ button to move to the next submenu or submenu option

    • Press Volume- button to move back to the previous submenu or submenu option

    Enter the submenu 
    Press AUX function button to enter the submenu between submenus or submenu options: Press Volume+ / Volume- buttons 
  • Enter the submenu: Press AUX function button 
  • Select the submenu option: Press AUX function
  •  button to select the submenu option
  •  button 
  • Return back to the main Menu: Double press AUX function button to go back to the main Menu button 
  • Exit the main Menu: Press AUX function button for 2
  • seconds to exit the main Menu

Menu structure

When you enter the menu, the voice prompt will announce “Silent mode On/ Off” and the LED Indicator will be purple. Now you can navigate through the Menu and adjust the settings as preferred. 

To change each setting inside the main Menu:

  1. Press AUX function button to enter the main Menu
  2. Use Volume + / Volume - buttons to find the needed submenu
  3. Press again AUX function button to enter the submenu
  4. Use Volume + / Volume - buttons to find the needed setting inside the selected submenu
  5. Press again AUX function button to confirm the setting
  6. Press AUX function button twice go back to the main menu or press AUX function button for 2 seconds to exit the main Menu
  • Silent mode: When enabled, the ringer is silenced. Does not affect the stored value of ringer volume

    • On

    • Off
