1. Go to the tab Customers and select your customer's company

2. Click on three dots on the right-hand side from your customer

3. Click Devices
4. Select one or multiple devices and click Convert to CapEx
   
   
   
5. A message with reference to HWaaS conversion conditions pops up. Click Agree to proceed:
   
   
6. Upon successful conversion, you get notification that changes on the portal are applied within 10 minutes. Click OK:
   
   

Alternatively, you can request HWaaS conversion on the PBX level:

1. Select customer -> click on three dots on the right-hand side -> choose Pbxes

2. Click three dots next to the necessary PBX -> choose Devices 

3. Select one or multiple devices and click Convert to CapEx:
