- Submit the RMA request with the serial number of HWaaS device and address to pick it up.
- In the UK, the after the RMA has been opened, tech support emails the client shipping return labels. Attach the return labels to the boxes the devices will be shipped back in.
- Devices are shipped back to the Wildix UK office.
